Shipping policy

All our jewellery is handmade in our studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.  We aim to have posted all orders, even personalised lockets, within three working days.   

Our standard delivery is free to anywhere in the world!

While our shipping timeframes can vary, generally you can expect your order within one week if you’re in the UK, and within 2-4 weeks if you are from the rest of the world.  Generally customers in the US receive their packages within approximately two weeks.  The postal service is generally excellent, and very reliable!

If customers wish to return or exchange their order, we will do our best to accommodate this.  Please be sure to contact us before returning your order to make arrangements.  Please note that we normally do not accept returns for personalised photo lockets.
